Arc and Family Concept Store was designed as a reinterpretation of their James St store. Investigating the Arc and Family brand, oasis was a word the constantly came up and became inspiration for the concept store. The concept store reinterprets Arc and Family’s James St space by going back to the silk road and sourcing inspiration from desert oases and Middle Eastern designs. This was communicated through the paired back colour pallet and natural materials inspired by mud buildings. The gold accents throughout the space represent the hidden treasure throughout the desert, connecting it to the silk road and well-known tales of Arabian Nights.

The concept store is an experience based retail space that focuses on creating another world, far from suburban Bulimba.
